STEP 1: Order Lenses Online , Enter your prescription and measurements.
You will require a copy of your prescription. If you don't have it or if it has expired, please schedule a new eye test and submit your prescription to us.
You will also need your pupillary distance (PD) which can be provided by your eye care professional.
STEP 2: Checkout
Once you're satisfied with your order, proceed to the payment process.
STEP 3: Package your frame & Send in your frames to:

Orders usually take up to 10 working days for delivery. Your new glasses will arrive ready for you to enjoy!
If you're a health fund member, you can claim your purchase through your health fund's claims process after completing the purchase.
Email us or an itemised copy of your invoice and submit it to your health insurance for a rebate. We may need to verify your prescription before we can only provide an itemised invoice with our health provider item numbers.

We will advise you if your frames are unsuitable to be reglazed. If you have paid for the order, we will return you frames (no delivery charge) and issue a refund on your lenses.
As always, ithere is a very minimal chance there may be damage or breakage during the lens fitting process. In an unfortunate case when a frame breaks, we will assess the situation and issue a full or partial refund on the lens portion if that happens depending on the circumstances.
In a case for when a frames is lost via Auspost. we will launch an investigation with Auspost to find your lost frames.
Lenswap does not provide warranty on lost frames with Auspost.
